The system is designed in such a simple way so that even a partner who has little travel background can use it. The booking flow and other features tutorial is already available in partners login. In case you want one of our sales relationship manager would get in touch with you for providing you more details. Yes, we have given this facility under branch/ user management in Account management option on the tool. All traction will come under master user name and master can see all the transactions but sub user can’t see the details and they can only those transactions which are done by them.

Section 3: Accounts & Finance

Agent can use two mode of transaction with MMT so it can from advance deposit (Rolling Deposit) amount or from a pre- registered credit card with us. Now we are also extending our facilities for debit card and net banking which will go live by the end of September.

Currently, we are working with ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank. We are also intent to add SBI/Axis Bank to provide the same services.

You have deposit the amount in our mention bank account and intimate us through deposit slip option on our site. It takes about 15 Min. to upload your amount to your account as soon as we will receive the confirmation from our bank.

MMT does not promote any credit because we work on advance deposit model so that we can provide best deal to our partners. To owner the request of our partner for credit, we have a facility for credit cards usage on our platform. In coming time, our partners can also use their Debit Cards / Net Banking to make any transaction with us.

Yes, You can also pay though a credit card but you have to register that card with us by filling simple LOA for our reference. There is transaction charge depending on type of credit card.

Currently, we cut TDS after every month and then issue the certificate at the end of financial year but we will now cut TDS with each transaction and issue final TDS certificate at the end of financial year.

Section 4: Support Service/Call Centre Support

If you are not able to book the tickets online then you can also book the same ticket offline. You just have to send a mail to respective helpdesk as given on the site and you will get the option on your registered email id and you can send us your final option with confirmation via mail. We will book ticket on your behalf and send you the print to you.

Yes, we have special feature (Email Fare option) where you can send all possible option to your customer in one go and he can confirm any option out of that. This will a lot of time which currently goes into coordination with customer.
