With new commercial ventures sprouting up, the city is at par with other developed cities in the country and yet nature is the foremost preserve in Rotorua. While it offers the latest cosmopolitan infrastructure and facilities, it still manages to retain the cultural ethnicity of the region. Truly, even though Rotorua has grown into a large city, it maintains its small town charm and that is perhaps why it is considered one of the most beautiful cities in the breathtakingly beautiful country of New Zealand.
