The haphazard urbanization of Manali has left it quite confused with cuisines. A cornucopia of tastes and fares awaits you here right from Mediterranean to Italian and Continental. Sadly Indian food has become a rarity in Old Manali though you will find plenty of it in New Manali. Non-vegetarian fare like chicken and mutton is good as the people here are big meat eaters.
