• A Detailed Motivation from the Prospective Employer impressing the necessity of a foreigner for the vacancy.
• Proof that the vacancy was advertised and Employment Agencies were contacted.
• Repatriation Guarantee signed by the Employer in South Africa, certifying that the Applicant will leave the country on the completion of the contract.
• Curriculum vitae of the Applicant.
• Profile of the Applicant i.e. Employment Records, Special Technical qualification etc.
• Non Refundable processing fee of USD 169 (equivalent in INR as per the exchange rate), payable in the form of a Bank Draft favoring "The South African High Commission, New Delhi" and INR 100 per page towards mailing charges.

• Medical and Radiological Reports.
• If married, the Marriage Certificate.
• If widowed, the Death Certificate of the Spouse.

• Letter from the School/ Institution in South Africa confirming admission to the course, duration of the course, fees paid and proof of registration.
• Repatriation Guarantee undertaken by Applicant to leave South Africa on completion of studies.
• A copy of the Contract between the School and the Student explaining the aspects related to accommodation, medical etc.
• Medical Report.
• Parent's consent on a stamped paper (if the applicant is a minor) and cash deposit for repatriation purpose.
