Currently, Silvio Pettirossi International Airport has a 3,353 long runway and one terminal that has been divided into domestic and international concourses. Silvio Pettirossi International Airport is a major hub for TAM Paraguayan Airlines and Regional Paraguaya. Aerochaco, Aerolineas Argentinas, Aerosur, Gol, PLUNA and TACA Peru are other airlines that operate flights to and from Silvio Pettirossi International Airport.
