The Malta International Airport (MLA) is the only airport in the island country of Malta, and serves the entire Maltese Archipelago. Located 8 km from the Maltese capital of Valletta between the towns of Luqa and Gudja, it is built on the site of the RAF Luqa airport, and is still unofficially referred to as the Luqa Airport.
