Air Arabia Fleet
Air Arabia's fleet, as of today, consists of 20 Airbus A 320-214 aircrafts with a capacity of 162 persons per craft. Additional orders for another 44 planes have been made by the company.
Air Arabia Baggage Allowance
According to Air Arabia Baggage rule policy a standard size bag with a linear length of maximum 160 cms is allowed for free check-in. Luggage restrictions as per Air Arabia Cabin Baggage policy have limited the number of bags that can be carried inside the cabin to just one. In addition to this one personal item such as a laptop or a briefcase can be carried inside the cabin as well. Baggage rules also prohibit the use of items such as firearms, cigarette lighters and flammable goods on board.

History about Air Arabia
Established on 3 of February, in the year 2003 as a result of an Amiri decree by Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al-Qasimi, who is the Ruler of Sharjah and also a member of the Supreme Council of the United Arab Emirates, Air Arabia became the first low cost carrier in the region. With operations commencing on 28 October 2003, the first Air Arabia flight took off from Sharjah to Bahrain International Airport. The airline has stayed profitable from the very first year of being in business. Air Arabia went public in 2007 when it issued 55% of its stock to the public.
