To get your PAYBACK website login information after you receive your sixteen digit PAYBACK card number from MakeMyTrip.com, please log on the www.payback.in and register your card number. |

Delivery of your physical PAYBACK card will take approximately 14 working days. In case you do not receive your PAYBACK card within that period, please call PAYBACK on the numbers mentioned above. |

|
|
Upon registering on MakeMyTrip, the electronic card received is a pre-activated card and is ready to be used at all partners and merchants where physical swiping of the card is not required. |

Earning of PAYBACK points on MakeMyTrip |
|
|
|
At present, an PAYBACK member can earn PAYBACK points on bookings made for domestic air tickets in India, international air tickets when travelling out of India, hotel reservations within India, holiday packages within India and holiday packages for travel to any destination outside India. |
|
|
|
For bookings made on MakeMyTrip US site or through the MakeMyTrip US call center, the member cannot earn PAYBACK points. |
|
|
|
Bookings made through the MakeMyTrip affiliate channel do not qualify to earn PAYBACK points |
|
|
|
While making an online booking on MakeMyTrip, please enter your sixteen digit PAYBACK card number at the requisite place |
|
|
|
While making a booking through MakeMyTrip call center, please quote your sixteen digit PAYBACK card number to the travel specialist servicing you. |
|
|
|
PAYBACK points can be earned only on the base amount of the transaction. PAYBACK points cannot be earned on taxes, surcharges, discounts, visa charges or any other charges as defined by MakeMyTrip. |
|
|
|
Your PAYBACK points will typically take seven working days to reflect in your account. |
|
|
|
To know the number of points on your booking, please contact PAYBACK directly. MakeMyTrip is not authorized to commit any point value for any booking. |

In case of a cancelled booking, no PAYBACK points will be earned by the member. |

In case the member uses a discount coupon while making the booking online on MakeMyTrip.com, points cannot be earned on that transaction. |

Complaint Resolution |

In case you missed out on entering your PAYBACK card number while making the booking online or over the phone, please call up our call center and place the request for the same. |
|
|
|
Please note that your date of registration in the PAYBACK program cannot be after that date of booking. No points on such transactions will be given. |
|
|
|
In the event PAYBACK points are not credited to the account of the customer within 2 months from the date of the booking, the customer should inform MakeMyTrip by calling at the call centre or visiting any of the offices. No credit of PAYBACK points would be given under any circumstance where the customer fails to inform MakeMyTrip within the time frame of 2 months from the date of booking. |

PAYBACK points on MakeMyTrip.com can be redeemed only through e-coupons or electronic travel vouchers. |
