Delivery of your physical i-mint card will take approximately 14 working days. In case you do not receive your i-mint card within that period, please call i-mint on the numbers mentioned above. |

Upon registering on MakeMyTrip, the electronic card received is a pre-activated card and is ready to be used at all partners and merchants where physical swiping of the card is not required. |

Earning of i-mint points on MakeMyTrip |
|
|
|
At present, an i-mint member can earn i-mint points on bookings made for domestic air tickets in India, international air tickets when travelling out of India, hotel reservations within India, holiday packages within India and holiday packages for travel to any destination outside India. |
|
|
|
For bookings made on MakeMyTrip US site or through the MakeMyTrip US call center, the member cannot earn i-mint points. |
|
|
|
Bookings made through the MakeMyTrip affiliate channel do not qualify to earn i-mint points |
|
|
|
While making an online booking on MakeMyTrip, please enter your sixteen digit i-mint card number at the requisite place |
|
|
|
While making a booking through MakeMyTrip call center, please quote your sixteen digit i-mint card number to the travel specialist servicing you. |
|
|
|
I-mint points can be earned only on the base amount of the transaction. I-mint points cannot be earned on taxes, surcharges, discounts, visa charges or any other charges as defined by MakeMyTrip. |
|
|
|
Your i-mint points will typically take seven working days to reflect in your account. |
|
|
|

In case the member uses a discount coupon while making the booking online on MakeMyTrip.com, points cannot be earned on that transaction. |

Complaint Resolution |

In case you missed out on entering your i-mint card number while making the booking online or over the phone, please call up our call center and place the request for the same. |
|
|
|
Please note that your date of registration in the i-mint program cannot be after that date of booking. No points on such transactions will be given. |
|
|
|
In the event i-mint points are not credited to the account of the customer within 2 months from the date of the booking, the customer should inform MakeMyTrip by calling at the call centre or visiting any of the offices. No credit of i-mint points would be given under any circumstance where the customer fails to inform MakeMyTrip within the time frame of 2 months from the date of booking. |

Redemption of i-mint points on MakeMyTrip |

An i-mint member can use i-mint points to make transactions on the MakeMyTrip site and through the call center. |

I-mint points on MakeMyTrip.com can be redeemed only through e-coupons or electronic travel vouchers. |
