Awesome experience of Villa style accommodation from Danish Villa. Services was excellent, ambience was great and friendly support staff. Personally satisfied to great extent of staying here and made my mind to further stay in the same hotel. One area which may be needs slight improvements is on food options which is very limited as of now. Overall awesome.

Although we reached late because of delayed flight, no problems faced to check in late at 10 pm. Food is very good. Parking space and driver also taken care of. No hesitation to stay again.

Zest is very good place to stay. Overall there are somewhat 16 suites to stay divided into Junior suites and Premium suites. Junior suites are good option for couple (including kid as well). Room facilities (like fridge, electric kettle, LCD TV, Sofa cum bed, Dining Table, DVD Player) food, ambience, services, location, recreational activities (library, indoor games, outdoor adventure games), spa and ayurvedic massage center are appreciable.

The location of the resort provides a pristine and uninterrupted view of Ooty hills and nature's bountiness. Apart from the location, the rooms were neat and tastefully done. They were fitted with a home entertainment system with LCD TV and worldspace radio, hence making stay in the room most enjoyable. Above all, the service was most heart warming with an ever-responsive staff taking personal care of your needs. The food was good though not exemplary. The resort organises outbound events like trekking which is of great fun. Besides there is a games room wherein one can play indoor games and pick up a book for leisure reading. There is also a ready taxi service available for organising one's sightseeing needs. Herbal massage facility is also available. In all it was a wow experience and would certainly reccomend Club Mahindra resorts to others for a hasslefree, enjoyable and memorable holiday. Yes it seems too good to be true but guys it is.

Location: This place is right in Ooty with breathtaking view of the hills and you get to see the sunrise right from your room. Hospitality: Staff is very welcoming and ready to assist with a smile. Nice touch was a welcome board right in-front of reception with peoples' names who are checking-in on that day. Felt they were all set to take care and waiting for us. It was a very nice weekend getaway for us. Something we will remember as pleasant memory.

There were no bonfire as scheduled for Saturday night; it was cancelled due to Pongal. It claimed that non vegetarian eaters are less due to festival. But they had two non-veg items in buffet! Adventure activities were shifted to Dasaprakash hotel. There person in charge of events had left the Job. Totally disappointed. But food, service, location and rooms were good!

Location is good but this hotel is little-bit expensive, not value for money. Please do not book any travel through this hotel as they will charge you more than normal rates.

Good place for honeymooners. A beautiful view of Ooty, staff is courteous. The room was cosy.

The Hotel location and the room was very good. The facilities available were also good. But, there were some basic flaws. 1) No bath mats and no hand towels for facewash was available. Even though, we were 4 persons, only 2 towels were provided. 2) The switches for the various lights were available in a haphazard manner. We had to struggle to find out the switches. Even the person who came to enquire about the condition of the room on the first day, was struggling to find out the switches for a few lights and even tried to remove the bulb without switching off the power, which was so risky. 3) There was no Menu Card for the room services 4) There was no instruction manual for the electronic gadgets like Satellite radio and Home Theatre. 5) The rooms had to have at least 1 tube light, which was not the case. 6) On the first day of our stay, we were served Kinley water during breakfast...On the remaining days, only ordinary water was served.
