The location was excellent. Room view was breath-taking. However, the hotel can be better-maintained (old towels, no toiletteries etc).

The hotel was good and conveniently located. Room service was ok.

Though hotel is located at good place with view of mountains and good garden. But the hotel staff is not cooperative at all. The hotel room is not as shown in hotel website picture. Furniture used is also of not good quality. Washroom is also not up to mark. Generator supply is also erratic. I would also not recommend to book hotel with breakfast or dinner as there is not enough options available.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is good. Dining is not clean. It needs to be maintained well to give an overall good opinion about the hotel.

Only problem was of power failure. But I guess less occupancy rate forces them to use gen-sets round the clock. Everything else is superb!!

The hotel is good, staff cordial and hospitality was best. The food quality was good and we enjoyed as home.
