Hotel and Room condition is great however, the Hotel is far off from. In fact it is nearer to Calanguate.... The worst part is the slow service and the rude receptionist or manager always indulgent in pushing TO RENT their bikes or cars and giving unsolicited advice on where to travel and where not. Also the food at restaurant is very costly and not at all upto the standard. Really you shoud book this hotel only if you are desperate.

Windsor Bay is very near to Colangute Beach (1 km) but liittle bit far from Baga beach. Hotel location is good, but hotel room is not as we expect as given in picture. Overall rooms are good but not not value for money. charges should not be more than 2200/- for Delux room. Service is slow and not as per mark. Mr. Amar helped us to get car booking to Panajim. I suggest to book hotel but at lower rate than hotel rate. Overall experience is good but not best

The Hotel seemed good after checking out the photographs and there was disappointment in the pictures and in real but the hotel is a lot understaffed and the first room that was allotted to us was not maintained properly as a lot of things came out literally. The bathroom fittings just kept coming out or were broken. The linen was also not maintained as it had a lot of holes or was torn. We were not even served water in the room and had to ask for bottled water. The decor, location and ambience were good. Overall the experience was just ok. The hotel was very understaffed. The people are friendly but yes professionalism in work was missing for the service staff.

This is the worst experience of my life. The room was full of cockroach. The bedsheets and towels were dirty. The water in the bathroom was stinking. The swimming is never cleaned.

Hotel is located very near to the bagha beach and tito's, also very good indian restaurants on walking distance.

A nice hotel with an excellent location and pretty good construction, to complement this you will find kind, cooperative and courteous staff, a little expensive but worth the speedy and timely room service. This was my first trip to Goa and I loved everything from the sunny beaches to my nice cozy king bed of my hotel room.

+ves: Location easily accessible, Owner and staff are helpful and pleasing, got a upgrade on the room with no extra cost, Had really good beds and balcony was good too. -ves: Room could have been maintained better. Minor issues like dust on floor, toilet was stained a bit, mini bar wasn't stocked, jug had dirty water and had to be replaced.
