+ves: Location easily accessible, Owner and staff are helpful and pleasing, got a upgrade on the room with no extra cost, Had really good beds and balcony was good too. -ves: Room could have been maintained better. Minor issues like dust on floor, toilet was stained a bit, mini bar wasn't stocked, jug had dirty water and had to be replaced.

The worst property you can be in. TV not working, leaking taps, no hot water, broken blinds and curtains, slum view, worst restaurant manager.

Facilities were average, not worth the tariff they charged.

Honestly speaking the hotel in all has complete infrastructure and components to make it success however the following is recommended 1. An efficient and hardtask manager, botox treatment for Facade, a responsible frontdesk guy and lot of greenery and cleaning.

Hotel was ok but service was not upto the mark, room was also ok only.

Understood that we went during the off season, but the television was not working. The hallway to the reception was under renovation which was not a pretty site. Overall the room was good but the finer elements were missing. the electric kettle was dirty and service was a bit slow. Had an okayish feeling.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The best location you can get in Goa. The rooms were clean and the washroom was excellent. Overall a good place to stay in Goa.

The location is very happening and is in access to beaches, discos, food, shopping centres etc. Only thing that concerned was the room size was small and the balcony faced other roomÂ’s balcony restricting privacy. Also the restroom at reception was not good.

Room was decent, service was also good. Nice to visit there.

The hotel is 3 months old and are still in the struggling phase. They didnÂ’t have a generator to cope with power cuts which happened for 3-4 hrs everyday. The food is bad. We were served bread for the first 3 days for breakfast (apparently part of the package), they changed the menu only after Xmas. The hotel needs to take care of its maintenance. The housekeeping staff used the same towel to wipe the insides of a toilet bowl and the bath bucket. The one exception was the staff was accommodating. We were allowed to check out at 1700hrs instead of 1200.
