Good Servive & Food.

Staff is responsive and courteous. However, hotel cannot cope with lot of guests. it offers only a buffet.

Centrally located at Munnar, excellent service offered.

Wonderful location,great ambience,very humble staff describes westwood riverside in one line.the dinner buffet which cost 275/- per head is absolutly value for money and in such cold weather is best when available in the hotel.The complimentary brkfast is sumthing which you shud not miss,it litrely includes evrything.Iam luking forward to book this hotel next time as well and dont forget the most humble stafff i have ever seen.-Aniruddha

We stayed at Westwood Riverside for 2 nights. The overall experience was highly satisfactory.They served traditional Kerala breakfast - utpam and stew, among other dishes and was yummy.

Shabby rooms with slow services.

I have not seen worst hotel like this.

At the fag end of our honeymoon we needed to spend max time alone, so we never wanted too much attention. In this aspect we got wat we wanted, the hotel gave us value for money, nice food and room service was competent. I liked it,thanks makemytrip for the whole tour.

Excellent location. The decor is rich and antique. The clubhouse is good but they are usually short of tennis balls and other play items. Food quality is just average and room service though courteous takes inordinately long time. One very specific point about this hotel: if you're booking through makemytrip, plz reconfirm your booking with the hotel separately, coz apparently there's some communication problem between makemytrip and the hotel. The bookings are probably managed by another agency on behalf of the hotel and that creates confusion.
