hotel is reasonably priced at good location. Rooms are spacious and furnished well for comfortable stay.

Hotel was good.

It is a centrally located hotel with excellent services of a homely nature, yet efficiently professional. The food was always served in quick time and came in hot and tasty. /what surprised me was their willingness to prepare dishes of one's choice even if it was not on the menu. The waiters were very professional and committed. They were always smartly dressed, polite and were always available to serve you. I would recommend this hotel to any one who wants to have efficient personalised service.

Hotel furnitures are very old. I have requested to change the bed as it was very soft and boat like shape which was giving back pain. They have changed another and that was also in the same fashion. Hot water shower was giving hot water in the beginning of bath, but at the end of the bath it was giving cold water.

Recommend Suite, has space for working, big rooms, a tiny balcony for smokers, so they don't pollute the room. The location is congested a bit, but that's OK in Mumbai!

Getup of the hotel needs to be improved. It needs to look more presentable considering its exellent location and very good service.

Good, if you have no other choice. Always avaialble when the good ones are sold out.

The rooms are too big. However, the condition of the room is not upto mark - they should at least replace the TV sets in the room.
