One of the best heritage hotels. Tastefully furnished.

Front of house staff were excellent and extremely helpful as one of us was unwell they could not do enough to help. Food in the hotel was on the poor side but the staff and hotel building made up for this.

Delightful old hotel recently refurbished with original fixtures. Nice swimming pool in secluded courtyard. Generally helpful and pleasant staff.

Beautiful hotel, welcoming and helpful staff, lovely decorated rooms with period furniture. Clean and very pleasant experience. Just a shame we couln't stay longer than one day.

The hotel brings back memories of the Imperial Raj and gives you a taste of reliving some of those times. Although some of the features like elevated cots and isolated bath-tubs may not be most ergonomic; it surely makes one feel regal. The services offered by the hotel staff make you feel very much welcomed. The food standard is not bad; but is moderate at best - I wouldn't recommend anyone travel to Agra for the food here. However it's worth having a meal or all meals as tired souls like my mother and I discovered after we landed there having been awake for the major part of the night. While the hotel is clean; it may not be absolutely spic and span. To some extent that is also a function of the sandstone and the old and dirty look which lend the hotel its character. Modern day honey-cube hotels may be more luxurious; but the experience is worth it when one takes into account that MakeMyTrip makes it available at a real low price. However don't expect 5 star like services.

Condition of room & ambience of hotel was very nice. It really felt like as if we are living like Nawabas, but food quality was not up to standards & needs to be improved. Should thank hotel for upgrading my stay to King Suite.

My expectations were much more. Mainly, because of the very friendly & helpful service everywhere and because I was upgraded to a suite.

Hotel had good cooperative staff, room was good, house keeping service excellent. Being a 5 star hotel, restaurant timings should be improved instead of normal 11 pm deadline.

Cheerful surroundings, natural and man-made. Service with smile all the time by every one. Secure and helpful. All the way a great experience.

Hotel is nice. I got a pretty good deal. The service staff were good. The only thing I did not like about the hotel was cold attitude of the reception people.

Poor laundry service. Under renovation, so some inconvenience. Otherwise great.

Gives a good retro feel. Spacious. The utilities like switch boards, bathroom fittings were broken! Occasional mosquito problems.

Overpriced hotel for the services on offer. We were the only guests in the hotel. Pathetic service, no concierge to give any travel advice, though restaurant service was quite bad - the chef was good (the only highpoint).
