Hotel is on good location with good infrastructure but room service is slow and restaurant does not serve good food.

Great location, amazing food, cooperative staff

Hotel is quite good and well located. But I would like to mention that in winter season people expect room heater included with in the booking fare. Sorry to say we didnt find the room heater. Money doesn't matter but we expect in a luxery room.

Good, but the tariff was a little higher side considering it is a low season.

The hotel is located beautifully where you get the full lake view. It is also well connected with Mall road with free shuttle. The food is OK with good service. However it still lacks the finish/quality of a 3 star hotel. Overall recommendation is positive.

Room is so dirty and washroom fitting and cleanliness is very poor. Next time we will not select this hotel at Nainital.

The rooms which were provided to us were stinking. There were spider webs on the taps of bathroom and bathroom was stinking as well.There were ticks in the beds.Food was goodCand service was also good.Best part was the view from balcony.

The hotel's location is a plus point, all rooms actually overlook the Naini lake and the view is amazing. Even on days when its raining or too cold to go outside, you can just be in your room and enjoy the view. The hotel provides a shuttle service to take you down to the mall road which is helpful (since its a steep walk from the mall road to the hotel) The room had all the basic amenities that are needed for one's stay. Most of the other things like the newspaper, air freshner etc will only be given if you ASK for it otherwise the room service is satisfactory. Monkeys pay a daily visit in the balcony in the early mornings which is unavoidable I believe so better watch out if you are planning to have your morning tea in the balcony. The hotel staff is cooperative and decent. Not a bad option to stay!
