Featuring a roof top restaurant, Vivek Hotel is a budget property that caters to all of a traveller's basic needs. The hotel is located right next to New Delhi Railway Station at Pahar Ganj.


The rooms at Vivek Hotel are well-equipped with modern amenities. Each room comes fitted with a television with satellite channels and a telephone. The attached bathrooms have hot/cold running water facility.


For convenience, the hotel offers laundry and car rental facilities. Staffs at the travel desk assist guests with travel arrangements.


Guests can enjoy variety of cuisines at the hotel in-house restaurant. Room service is also provided.
The room and attached bathroom were clean and sanitary, which is a huge plus for me. The weather in Delhi was hot and the cooler in the room did not seem to work at all. All it did was make the room humid, so I had to make do with a slightly open window for passage of cool air. Service was quick for food as well as laundry. Had no trouble with checking in or checking out. The Hotel also kept my bags for a few hours after I checked out, since I had time to waste till my train home. Sam's cafe which is one of the popular places to eat in Paharganj is on the rooftop of this hotel, and they deliver to the rooms, which is really convenient. All in all I will probably go back to this place on my next trip.
