Best value for money and great services.

I knew 5-star hotels are nice, but had not expected it to be so good. I was vacationing with my family, and we had a great time at the Vivanta.The property was great, but it is the staff that made our stay particularly delightful. We went with our infant daughter, but the staff at the Vivanta made us feel so much at home, and we were very well taken care of. I have stayed in hotels in several cities across the world, but I would rate this one the best, as far as staff service goes. The two things I also wanted to compliment - firstly the pool is simply superb. It is very nicely maintained, and the staff there are extremely friendly. Secondly, the lasagna we had at the restaurant was brilliant - I can still feel the taste of it in my mouth.And as an icing on the cake, I got the Vivanta at 3-star rate. What more could one ask for? A big thanks to Vivanta staff at Trivandrum. Keep up your good work. I hope to see you soon.

It is just amazing for us and as per our expectation too. I think if any body can afford it then surely book this hotel only. It is only the best option for honeymooners. It just great.

Amazing hotel. The staff is really courteous. Only suggestion- some staff can be annoyingly nice. I would like to be treated well, not necessarily like we lived in Taj Residency. I am perfectly capable of carry on my own luggage.

All are very good, neatly and tastefully done up.
