VITS is one of the nicest Mumbai hotels, luxurious, well situated,safe, pleasant. Real value for money.

The Hotel is environmental friendly and is best to rest for the guest.

The hotel location along The Andheri Kurla road could be classed as noisy, but once you are in the Hotel there is an oasis of calm. The hotel's corridoors could be swept more regularly but the rooms themselves were very clean and spacious.

I gave one point because ot did not had 0 option.

Service was very good - whenever asked for there was prompt response. Staff was overall very courteous and helpful. However, the room was dark with no natural lighting at all - very disappointing. Its depressing state of the room if you spend a large part of your day inside the room.AC on the last day of the say was not optimal - it was not fixed even after complaining (I noticed that the entire floor seemed to have problem). .

Good place to rest.

It took 15 min for airport transfer to arrive. It took 30 min for check-in to happen. Timewise, the hotel is very far from airport. Food sucked and it took 1 hour to arrive. Breakfast was pathetic, Rooms are facing the restaurant which means there is light and sound in the room when you want to sleep
