Service was bad. AC wasnÂ’t working properly at all even after repairs. Not recommended.

Check in was very fast. Very quick response by the staff for arranging the bed and other queries.

Hotel location was good. The ambience of the hotel and the room were also maintained verry well. The big downside to this hotel was there poor service. When I ordered a cup of tea in my room they did not bring any thing for alsmots 30 mins. After reminding them they sent me a cup of coffee after 1 hr. Horrible service. The food offered in their in house restaurant was also very bad to taste and very expensive compared to its quality. In the whole restaurant they had only 2 waiters to serve the crowd of alsmo 30 persons seating. Its a hotel I wont recommend to stay.

Very comfortable stay.

The room was excellent. Room service too was maintained to the name of Vittal Kamat. Food was excellent. But price for some of the dishes were somewhat inflated. But you have choice to order good priced dishes. The taste and hygiene of the food was also perfect to our taste. We are told that the hotel is new. But for us the Vits hotels are always like this. The tariff of this hotel is very high but on MakeMyTrip we got the room at the reasonable price. Thanks.

The overall experience was really good. The buffet breakfast which was a part of our package was excellent. It does have limited parking but the staff is helpful to ensure that you get proper and safe parking.

Poor Service and waste of money.

Room was very good, clean and new. Location was good to stay, silent and safe. But it was little noisy due to Saturday night party at hotel restaurant.

The bed sheet was a little bit dirty. I turned off the AC and the room smelled like cigarette, you need to give the option of non smoking room. At my check out the Reception clerk intended to charge me the room rate, but it was already paid with credit card when I reserved through MakeMyTrip, I told her and finally the bill was corrected. The English speaking guide Amud is excellent, he knows his job.
