The staff were very unhelpful, and attempted several times to cheat me of cash. I felt more unsafe inside the hotel then out on the street at midnight. They did not have facilities to call mobile phones, I was sent onto the street alone at 12midnight. I am a female, from Australia - very unhappy with their service.
