Great Value for money.

Outside appearance of the hotel is good, but from inside it is not. Room service is not unto the mark.

Excellent location, good service, easy to reach, good hospitality, and staff was always ready to help staff. The rooms may be laid with carpets.

Room service boy asked more money far away from the actual price. it is almost double the amount (I've given the total amount 600 for the liquor i.e vodka but the actual price is 300 only) First he asked 300 and went but the very next morning he came and asked one more 300 rupees. I've paid the same to not disturb the atmosphere. I do not know how could he expected. I've observed that they are saying 2 different prices for any service. I did not know whether they were aware of the tour packages, eatables, and beverages? Other than that everything was good and I liked the stay in that hotel.

The Hotel was located near to Botanical garden and this is the only advantage which is negligible. The hotel needs a complete makeover. Below the bed there is a pile of dust and I think it was not cleaned from the inception of the hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and nobody came to clean the room and toilets. Never choose this hotel unless you want to punish yourself.

Located near botanical garden and market, very good rooms for the price paid. Food is tasty in the restuarant (especially Bisibelebath).

Horrible experience. Hot water is not available in the day we checked in. Weather was too cold and to survive in ooty without hot water is difficult. To get a bucket of hot water i had to struggle for 2 hours. TV was not working and after complaining also nobody looked after it. People in reception were not co operative.

One of the worst hotels i have stayed in my life till now. First they gave me their worst room after checking in the hotel and that room and bathroom condition were very pathetic. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes for hot water. After I received water, I saw that it was red and I wasn't able to bath with that water. The screws were removed from the taps. After that i changed the room. Though it was better now, I had to wait for more than 1 hr to get hot drinking water. Food in room services was ok but the restaurant was in very bad condition. Chairs were not good and the tables were not clean. The hotel staff needs to be educated. Whenever the power supply was off, we had to wait for more than 20 minutes to get light every time. I am not suggesting that people shoukd not stay with their family in this hotel. Only Botanical gardens is near to this hotel.TV was not working and after complaining also nobody looked in the matter.
