Cleanliness should be improved. The towels and bedsheets are dirty.

Good value for money. Food quality needs to be improved.

Although the hotel staff seems to care much for their assets; customer last attitude could provide detrimental. The reception staff found to be caring much about their daily chores than responding to customer queries appropriately. The very first night we had experience of the restaurant staff paying too much of attention to certain VIP guests and there by ignoring others in the dining areas. I even have to search for missing chair from the dining table which we were seated. The Restaurant manager found more joy in promoting the Keyboard player than serving to the customers in the dining area. Two of the lights in the bathroom were not working and when complained about the staff took 1 complete day to fix it (we had only 2 nights of stay in there). I could not get tea served in hotel room on certain night (ordered at 10PM; this is very late in the night I guess) and the manager just blunt responded next morning that there was no response from the room - which really absurd.
