Room AC was not working. After many request they have not serve bed tea early in morning 6 am even we are ready to pay , this is when ,we entitle for the complementary breakfast.

The room where we were put up had so much dampness. Foul smell was coming. Then I had to call the reception and ask for changing the rooms. Also the articles like lamp was not working .. they were old and rusted. horrible room ..

The hotel is poorly maintained, housekeeping service is a pain and food quality is wanting. Overall not a great hotel to stay.
