Service/quality/and quantity of buffet breakfast was very very poor. The hotel is taking money for the breakfast also and it is their duty to take care of their customers.

The hotel is located at Bedford in Coonoor surrounded by hills all around. It has a lovely garden in backyard. Rooms are decent and a deluxe room has a bed large enough to accommodate a family of four if children are young. The services are average and the hotel building does require some maintenance. It is not a three star hotel. It is utmost 2 star but does offer reasonable comfort. The restaurant service is slow since there are very few waiters/stewards and/or cooks available at a given time. Limited dinner timings. Overall stay was good

Very expensive compared to the quality of hotel and rooms. Room service is a bit bad, had to call several times even for small things. They were attended to quickly though. Except for the price factor, it is very much recommended. Good food at reestaurant too

Room service is not good. Chef is good and food was delicious. Maintenance of building is not good.

1) Room Service is poor. 2) Chef is good. 3) Maintenance of common facilities not up to the mark. 4) House keeping is not good. 4) Suite Room is maintained but not worth Rs.2500+Taxes per day.

Good and serene location with a superb view of the Coonoor Valley. Rooms and furnishings not very well maintained.

Though it is a bit far but you never feel that once you get to the place.

Good hotel, located at peaceful and calm place, away from Coonoor.
