Lack of heating arrangement & cooperativeness

Hotel is at a very good location. But I hope there was a communication gap between hotel and me. My trip will be superb if hotel staff had talked to me and had described me few things like location, how to reach hotel etc. Overall the experience was fair except this communication gap.

Vardaan resorts in patnitop is really a vardaan for the travellers like us who have never been to patnitop before but want to be sure of good hotel facilities. The rooms are clean, view is simply great from the valley view wing, room service boys are well mannered and staff is humble and always ready to help. Truly a great experience and I have a loving memory of holiday with my family that I would cherish forever.

The Rooms are smelling badly. The Food Quality is very bad. They are charging 3 times from the market but Quality of Food is very low. My wife fell sick after taking food. They also not provided any doctor because as per them there are no doctor in Patnitop. Worst experience in the hotel.

Hotel is at a good location. The reception and staff was not so friendly. It took a lot of effort for me to get the good view room. Since mine was pre paid booking, they did not provided me the third floor room even though it was empty. Cleanliness of towels, bed sheet and room floor is one thing that they need to take it seriously. Food was good.

Quite good.

Vardaan Resorts is located in the midst of the Patnitop Natural Reserves on the Pandora enclave near to many of the famous tourist spots in the city. Also, the service quality of the resort is excellent and the staff is always ready with a big smile. We would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to Patnitop.
