This feedback is about the house boat called ' Dilruba' which is one of the many houseboats that the company holds. The decor is intricate and beautiful. The rooms were large. The staff was always cordial and ready to provide everything they could provide. Good view of the snow-capped peaks on the east side. Would strongly recommend.

Some low class sub standard place. First there is no valley group of houseboats, badly maintained rooms, extremely small, dirty bathrooms, cheap people who are also drug dealers, place where you cannot be comfortable with the ladies of your family because of cheap people. in short a total rip off place. will never recommend to my enemy also.

Dinner and breakfast was of low quality.

Better hygiene, service quality, choice of food, and facility required. It should have more hospitable service quality.

We stayed in "Golden Palace" and the house boat was good. They did not have even bread toast in the evening and but on the morning the breakfast was good. The ambiance and room quality was really nice.

No hot water available for bathing. Worst room services. DoesnÂ’t have the electricity.

They lodged us at the House Boat De Laila - which is supposed to be the best houseboat in Dal Lake. There is very intricate carving on wood panels and the rooms are very spacious. The service in personalised. Food is made to your order and is hygienic and of medium quality. Tea was excellent. The rooms do not have heaters or geysers but hot water is supplied in the morning through the bathroom fittings for a period of two hours. The Lobby is kept warm in the evening with the help of Bukhari. Transport by boat between the shore and the house boat is provided free.
