The rooms at the Usha Ascot are divided into Super Deluxe Rooms, Ascot Suites, Ascot Villas and Deluxe Rooms. Except for the Deluxe Rooms all the other categories of cottages are poolside facing. All the rooms consist of a bed, seating area, telephones and attached bathrooms. The Super Deluxe Rooms can accommodate up to 4 persons, the Ascot Suite up to 6 persons, the Ascot Villa up to 8 persons and the Deluxe Rooms can accommodate 2 people.

Dining
There is also the Ascot Eatery which is an air conditioned dining hall with a seating capacity of 60 - 70 people. The restaurant serves an authentic Gujarati Thali for lunch and a buffet for dinner. The buffet is served at the poolside with live entertainment for the guests. This usually only takes place during the peak season. The hotel also has a bar which serves all kinds of alcohol and beverages.

Conferences & Banquets
The hotel also has 2 air conditioned conference and banquet halls. The smaller of the 2 is called Brainstorm Zone which has a seating capacity of around 80 - 100 people. The bigger one is called the Ascot Mel Milap which has a capacity of 300 people. Both the halls have an overhead projector audio visual system and the best service possible.

Services & Facilities
Services and facilities offered by the hotel are The Soul Club which is the Health Club with a steam room, sauna, 2 Jacuzzis and a massage room, and a swimming pool. There services can be availed by the guests as per the timings specified at the hotel

There is also a discotheque called The Rainforest which is a theme discotheque keeping the lush green jungles of Matheran in mind. It is equipped with sate of the art sound and light facilities and a professional DJ.
