The hotel staff do not smile and are not very courteous. The charged me for eating those snacks without giving me a bill. I asked them to arrange a taxi and they sent an unknown guy who charged an atrocious fare.

Tunga Paradise is centrally located at MIDC in the Andheri (E) area. It is close to the domestic and international airports, and an ideal hotel for the business traveller. The rooms are cosy and well maintained, and the staff is very efficient and friendly.

The rooms are well appointed and the bathrooms are clean. The complimentary breakfast buffet is sumptuous. The restaurant has an international menu and the Oriental food that I had was good.
