It was so nice to stay out there. The staffs are so free and frank and helpful.

The room of the hotel was good but the service was so poor.Food of the hotel was horrible.

Great location. Not too near but near enough to the MG road. Good staff. Value for money

The hotel rooms were new and condition of rooms were good. But you cannot open the windows as they open into a old ill maintained builing just 5-6 feet away and outside view is absolutely dirty and filthy. So practically you are in a room which has no view to external world. When I asked for a change of room no such provision was extended. The other rooms shown were equally bad or even worse in some cases. The rooms had bad accoustics. Even with the doors closed noise was pretty much audible most of the time. The staff approach and attitude was bad. Here are some examples: 1. One of the staff from the front desk forced us to take up hotel transport for sight seeing when we had not confirmed any booking with them and they came to know we had booked other transport cheaper than the hotel price. I vehemently opposed and stuck to my transport. 2. They will not provide water to hotel rooms stating the staff was not available as there was election in West Bengal. 3. The staff attitude was take it leave it. There were staff who were interested playing with their cell phones and watching television rather than attending to the customers. 4. Dinner started late and most items were available only after 30 minutes of specified time. They were not at all prepared for the guests who will have food there. Chapatis were not served sufficient for all the guests. Luckily I had only the breakfast plan. The breakfast was good. 5. Staff was not sure what was available in the hotel menu. The ala carta menu was absolutely of no use as practically nothing from that was available. The lunch and dinner buffet was priced too high for the quality of the meals. You can have a much better quality meal in the MG Marg for half the price. Location of the hotel was very close to MG Marg but this hotel was on the backyard of a senior govt official. The entrance shown in the picture is actually the residence of the govt official and not of the hotel. The hotel approach is a side passage with 20 stairs taking you down to the hotel entrance. This is highly misleading. There are large number of transport restrictions in the area for example no large vehicle like a Tata Sumo or a Toyota Qualis/Innova cannot approach the hotel after 8am. This can be a big problem if you are a large group with lots of luggage. Personally, I will not recommend the hotel for the price they charge against the facility they offer.

Hotel and rooms were in very clean and well maintained. Staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast spread was pretty good giving multiple options. Overall very good experience and won't mind coming back

It is a good hotel for options near the MG Road. Most of the 4, 5 star hotels are out of the city and hence this one qualifies to be one of the good one among the lot near to the MG Marg.

Nice hotel to stay, good for leisure as well as business purpose. Stay away from its travel desk, arrange on your own from the market, plenty are available.

The hotel seems to be converted from a residential block, lacked professional approach.
