Hotel location is not very good. Other services are alright.

It was a beautiful experience on the whole !! The hotel offered us Early check in & Late Check out, without a hitch...it was definitely the most exciting experience!!

40 km from the airport. Otherwise an excellent place to stay.

Good hotel but located in a remote area. Though food was good it was expensive and options were limited.

Good hotel for travellers with business at the harbour, not suitable for tourists. Industrial environment. High prices for services not included in the package, like 500 Rupees per breakfast and 800 Rupees per day for WiFi.

The hotel was excellent. You can use the services at any moment. Restaurant is also very good. This hotel is like a sanctuary for regenerating yourself.

Located just in the middle of "harbour activities", loads of noise and dusty trucks but inside the hotel it is okay. Unfortunately no window in the room can be opened. It feels a bit like a prison; pool is okay (no noise!); promptness of staff needs some attention (just like many places in India). Overall, for business the hotel is convenient and for leisure it is so so. Taxi arrangements to Fort Cochin were very well taken care of!
