Promptness on services is remarkable. Food is extremly healthy and delicious though we find it a bit costly.

No Indian food verity.

Our flight from Agra to Delhi got delayed and finally cancelled, due to bad weather. This, followed by a very tiring and scary taxi ride, which put us back by another 4 hours, really damped our spirits. But as soon as we entered the hotel, our spirits were lifted. The sweet welcoming, calming smell in the reception area, the friendliness and courteousness of the hotel staff and the ease by which our checkin was done, made us feel very good and cared for. The room was very cozy and a hot water bath in the tub, extremely envigorating. The food was extremely mouth watering and a great mix of both Indian and continental fare and spiced just right, neither too bland, nor over spiced. The taxi ride that was arranged by the travel desk for our trip to the Tajmahal and other monuments in Agra was very comfortable and the driver was very friendly and helpful. When we finally checked out, we felt the trip was too short and even though, we stayed at the hotel only for a day and half, we definitely miss the place. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

Hotel is providing you expired beverages. A.C. is flowing water. Pool can't use after 7 p.m. Hotel is worst for living.

Staff was kind except when we asked about restaurants they directed us to a nearby dinner place. This place was a rip off and the place is a run down 3-star and charges are outrageous. Dinner for 2 costed us more than $5K and ordered only main 2 main course dishes and no drinks. They should never recommend this place to any of their guests. Trident is a value for money and we have no complaints.

Problems with birds in the swimming pool. No telephone line, no internet. Too much noise and far away from the city.

Very neat and clean hotel - the best I've seen so far in India. The dinner was also excellent. I'd definitely recommend this.

Overall excellent. But, the food could have been better.
