The hotel room was not that good as seen before booking there was no water in the hotel,24 hours running water from the roof top. Food was good, just one hotel staff to help in everything

Very poor service. Food was very bad and room was stinking.

We were never given a room in the hotel we booked the room in. We had our booking for Oct 7th and Oct 8th. But we reached the hotel only on the morning of Oct 8th due to some travel delay. When we went in to the reception we were told that the booking was no longer available as we had come a day later. But since we had paid for two full days the hotel management has no rights to give away our room without asking for our confirmation. We were asked to stay in a different hotel nearby. There was no room heater and the power connection was intermittent. Overall I would not recommend booking this hotel.

Hotel staffs are very helpful.

Room is clean and ok but washroom is very small but clean. and no jet is available in washroom. laundry charges is high. overall it is ok hotel but i find here much more comfortable in less price.

I went to the hotel with my wife on 2 oct,2011.The hotel is far and into the interiors from the mall road. Though its a quite and peaceful place but you really need to walk around 20 min on an inclined path.The hotel rooms are also not up to the standard and the toilet doors are dirty & you can't hang your stuff behind it as some earthworms might come up wearing your night gown.I got better hotels on the mall road itself for a lesser price.I won't suggest this hotel at least for couples.

I was charged for room heater and the internet was also not working.
