Rooms was fine. Staff and food was nice, especially the manager Mr. Ashwani was a very nice person, helpful and cooperative. The other staff and the catering was nice.

Very far from Mall Road, room price should not be more than Rs 500 and food is costly. The location is not good location, room condition was not satisfactory (zero maintained) and the smell of the food filled the hotel.

The access to hotel was difficult, climbing the stairs/steep to reach the hotel and service was pathetic. We stayed for few hours and vacated the hotel on the same day.

We needed to stay for just 1 night in Shimla and therefore looked around for the cheapest deal possible. Well, in comparison to other deals, this deal was pretty good at Rs. 825. However, no matter how much one pays, you do expect the basics in a hotel to be maintained viz. cleanliness. Now, this was a facet that was missing in the room from the moment we checked in. We inspected the bathroom and had to immediately ask the staff to a) have the bathroom sink repaired because it was leaking from underneath and b) have the WC cleaned because it was not clean as it should have been. Although they did prompt service in cleaning it up, these are not things one expects to confront when checking into a hotel. So what if the hotel is cheap, I think cleanliness is something that cannot be compromised.
