Nice hotel

Times Square Hotel is an excellent hotel. Standard room is slightly small but very clean. Bathroom also was very clean. The gentleman at the reception was very polite and helpful. Service was prompt and all the staff were cheerful and helpful. The buffet dinner was delicious with varied dishes to choose from. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives.

I was shocked to find insects crawling in the room bathroom and on the breakfast serving tables. The individuals working at the front desk were friendly but one gentlemen working in the restaurant looked annoyed and irritable when asked any questions. Food was cold and the breakfast was limited. The hotel needs to focus on improving the maintenance of the rooms. It was a safe place to stay and comfortable bed but the bedding and towels were stained. T hank you!

Value for money, good service, friendly staff. The room was a bit too small. But happy with the overall experience

Very very small room , cramped.

Very far from airport good for people who are coming by train, its hardly one km.

Totally unprofessional Approach by complete set of staff. Everything- room, food, behaviour of staffs, upkeep gave a sense of disorientation on the part of hotel. Better avoid rather than wasting yout time fighting for even petty things with staffs who do not even know basics of hotel industry.

Hotel location was perfect. Receptinst and the restaurant's manager were very helpful and kind. Hope to be back soon.
