One in the front office is very stubborn. Looks like Arabic with tattoos, no one in the front desk to say bye to us when we checked out. Other than this the staff from restaurant, spa and room service makes this up to 5 star standards. Food is so good and the atmosphere. I enjoyed a lot.

When I came here, I did not know, it was going to be a life time memory for me. Whereas, now a days, everyone is so tense and busy, smiling face all over the resort gave a feeling of life. Every one with a smile on the face was a fresh treat for me. Food and hospitality gave me full value for money. The beautiful location, best services, ultra hygiene, everything makes Zuri the one of best resorts in the world. I wish, every time I could come here to make holidays memorable.

The Zuri Kumarakom should definitely rank amongst the best hotels in India. The resort is beautiful with excellent rooms with great views of the Lake, great food (expensive but expected for a place such as this). There is enough by way of entertainment and keeping everyone occupied. The resort arranges for a Sunset cruise and also a boat house ride, both are really good. Hospitality is excellent. In all, a great place to stay.

Nestled in the backwaters of Kerala, this is a perfect getaway for any guest who is looking for a romantic holiday. Value for money guaranteed, but keep an eye on the prices at the restaurants and the Spa which is on the higher end. Nevertheless when you are on a holiday worth spending.

We enjoyed every moment in Radisson. It was a great holiday for us. The hospitality offered was excellent. My only child was dissapointed as there was no play area for him. Anyways I would prefer Radisson in God's Own Country rather than planning a trip abroad. Definitely my next tour will be to any other Radisson based hotel location.
