It is a good medium range hotel. The facilities provided are above average. But food needs much improvement. Also the staff needs rigorous training though there is no complaint about courtesy and manners.

The hotel is located on the National Highway and though not very far from the main Ernakulam town, it is extremely difficult to find any means of commutation! So the only way is to hire a cab, which costs a bomb! The hotel is nice; well furnished rooms and a good bathroom. Food is moderate here, unless you are ordering something local. The staff here is friendly and prompt. In all, a good experience.
