Had a wonderful time.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights with my family. The location is great, and the services and food were outstanding. For the price of Woods Manor I would certainly recommend this. It was refreshing and brought back the Reputation I had for Kerala as a welcoming place.

Recommended for short stay.

The reception guy was grossly irresponsible. i had booked a Erala room and he alloted me an ordinary room. And I had to ask him again to get it reallotted. The furnitures are old and creepy. I was not able to close the bathroom's door. The AC was leaking and it soaked my cloths kept in the cupboard. The room service was pathetic. I waited for half an hour after ordering coffee, and When I called them back they had totally forgotten my order... The AC's thermostat was not working. The TV in the room was pretty old one with half of the channels filled with grains!! The breakfast was ok, but not up to the mark. The sandwitch maker kept there was from the last century it seems.. it takes about ten minuted to heat up a slice of bread!! The boys in the restaurants seems more interested in gossiping each other rather than helping the customers!! Overall my experience in this hotel was totally unsatisfactory for the money we give.

The hotel has a convenient location and easily accessible. The reception is well staffed who made me comfortable once I had walked through the doors. They took time to answer my initial queries, before checking-in. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The bathroom is also very tidy. Maybe a little can be done about the roofing as it has quite a few black spots. The restaurant staff were very helpful is guiding me around the menu. They kept checking with me on my satisfaction and made changes to suit my taste buds. They have bakery-coffee shop where you can catch up with old friends or business associates. The room service & house keeping was excellent and they were on their toes all around and kept the room tidy through my stay. May be having in a wi-fi connection in the room would be helpful for the business traveler.

This hotel was recommended by a friend. It was okay, but I found it a bit depressing, and was glad to get out. The breakfast was passable. The staff was kind and friendly. Cheap and in a good downtown location in Ernakulam for shopping, not tourism.

The reception was annoying. A lot to explain, email not sufficient.

Excellent service by the reception people!!

The Hotel location is good. Some work has been done but it needs a little more of a touch up; simple things like painting up the cabinets, doors, trimmings; etc. Air is musty and stale; a bit of freshener would help. Dining hall is lovely; strategic, needs some paint work on the furniture. Lobby could be brightened up a bit. Swimming pool is lovely, could do with some better signage. Wifi services should be provided complimentary in the lobby & dining. Access to the SideWalk Cafe should be from within the lobby. The waiters in the dining were great; especially Sreejit.
