Overall: Good Place Positives: Located near Bijrani Gate, kosi river access is at walkable distance, spacious resort/rooms, good food quality, Courteous Staff. Negatives:Located far from Dhikala gate, Swimming Pool was not clean, Missing Toiletries like toothpaste

Everything was fine, except the transport arranged by the hotel. We asked for AC car for return to Delhi, paid for an AC Indica, but were provided with an Alto on which the AC did not cool but worked like a fan. The journey back to Delhi was terrible. Food at the restaurant can also improve in variety and be less spicy.

Hotel is excellent and well maintained. The staff are courteous and co-operating. Co-operation, especially by Sri Surendra S Bisht was remarkable.
