While the hotel itself was impeccable in every request, we were disgusted by the number of staff who came to see us off on the 26th morning at 6am. There was a man to hold open every door, 3 for the boot plus another 3 just for smiling and saluting. And they would not close the door although we were shivering in the cold. All they expected was tips. You should limit those numbers. We had asked 2 men to help us with our luggage and that is enough. It was simply ridiculous!
