Hotel room and lobby were neat and clean. Room was beautiful with all amenities.Food was very good. Service was courteous. Free wi-fi even in rooms are very good.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the center of Munnar. The parking space is ample for cars. The staff at the reception is very courteous and friendly. The room was very clean and spacious and the same applies to the bathroom. The view towards the hills and the football/cricket field was wonderful. The complimentary breakfast and dinner was not excellent but good. There were occasions of some cold dishes which were exhausted sometimes, but manageable. Very friendly people manning the restaurant as well. Overall nothing to complain about. Was definitely worth the deal through Make my trip.

Fully satisfied

This was our first visit to Munnar and Silver Tips. After our terrible one night stay in Ernakulam, the experience in Silver Tips in Munnar was wonderful. We had a very good stay at Silver Tips. The rooms were well maintained. The movies theme in our room added to our beautiful scenic site visit. The staff in the hotel were very courteous from the moment we reached the hotel. The services offered by the hotel were excellent. My 6 year old daughter never wanted to come out of the room provided to us. The hotel had arranged taxi for pick up from Eranakulam and also for site visit. The taxi driver cum guide provided to us was very courteous and was just like one of our family members through out our travel. Overall we enjoyed every moment in Silver Tips. I would strongly recommend Silver Tips to my friends and relatives. For sure next time in Munnar we are going to stay in Silver Tips.

It has been rated as 4 star but basic facilities like daily newspaper, iron box etc. were missing.Only one restaurant and that too only serve buffet, though one can order food as per choice in room. No coffee shop. So 4 star rating is bit too much, though some of the facilities were not available which are generally offered in in 3 stars. Room was excellent, hotel building excellent, room service was prompt. But room bedsheets, towels had stain. Quality of food average or below average, tea/coffee were never hot.

Hotel justifies its name "The Silver Tip" as it is on the tip of all the hotels in Munnar. Hotel room was very cozy and view from the balcony was very nice. It is situated very near to the Munnar town but one would never feel that it's situated so near to the crowded area of Munnar as the place is very pleasant and noise free. Food was good but it lacks variety and local Munnar specialties. To make the long story short, for us (me & my wife) this trip to munnar will always remain as on the most memorable moment of our life. At last I would certainly recommend others to visit Sliver Trip if they are planning a trip to Munnar.

Hotel was very good and also food was upto the mark. I am very satisfied with the money i spent on the hotel.
