The locality to be compromised for the room standard.

First thing it is not a hotel. There are few apartments located at some horrible place in Sahar Village. It looked like some people are trying make a quick money by cheating people. We decided not to stay there as everything looked fake. No one picks up the phone even. It was a very bad experience.

ItÂ’s not 24x7 service. I reached there at midnight 1 pm, and have to try ringing the bell for nearly 15 -20 minutes for getting into the apartment.

Very clean and cosy rooms. Best and very co-operative staff. Food preparation is excellent. Hats off to Mr.Mr.Bhulan. CSI Airport is just 2 km. Very convenient location for going overseas.

The hotel was set in a close-to-slum area and had no running water so we showered in purchased bottled water. The staff spoke no English at all so there was no practical communication. Even though the booking stated that breakfast was included there was no facility to make breakfast at the hotel.

The hotel location was very confusing. From outside it never looked like a hotel. The taxi driver himself couldn't find the location and instead of taking not more than 20 min, it took around 1 hour to find it. But the food and room was ok.
