The hotel is located in a very convenient location. The ambiance is excellent. The service including room service is good. Overall I liked it. it value for money. if i visit bangalore i will stay there again.

Overall experience is very good. Excellent location. good food. room service needs little improvement. There are no wall clocks in the rooms. it will be better if wall clocks are fitted in the rooms. The lighting should be more in the room.

Original room had a leak and small flood from AC trouble. Moved to better grade room that is okay, but not up to par with similar hotels.

The Shelton Grand Hotel was anything but "Grand." When I first walked into the hotel, I thought that I had made an excellent choice because the location was great and the lobby was both inviting and cool. However, upon entering my room that all changed. There was mold on the ceiling and walls of the entryway and bathroom, and the shower drain was noticeably clogged by a large mound of hair that protruded from within. The 'a/c' worked, but only blew hot air. When we asked to switch rooms, we only got the run around and not new room. The complimentary broadband is SO slow that I could barely connect, only to be repeatedly disconnected. I gave up before even being able to check my email. One good note is that their bar Pyro has beer pitchers for only Rs. 225, which is great for a hotel bar.
