The worst or the best thing about any hotel is checkin process and the responsiveness of the hotel staff. I was made to wait at reception for an hour before I finally checked in.

I stayed here in mid September and felt very good. Every staff member was hospitable, the food was great and the rooms were clean. Value for money hotel without fault regarding mid range accomadation.

The hotel was under renovation and there was noise during the day. Also, there were too many mosquitoes in the room as well as the lift.

Hotel is in a good location but the issue with the hotel is that is not maintained up to standards. There were lot of mosquitoes in the hotel room, lift, restaurant, but nobody bothered to take efforts against it.

Construction of hotel is very old. There is dampness on wall and occasional stinking smell from nearby drainage. The noise from metro trains will disturb the sleep. The suite is not worth the money. The food is good.
