Eventhough, I had a voucher with an upgrade to Heritage room, I was given only executive(ordinary) room, after number of calls, proving my papers of my upgrade with Makemytrip 500 voucher, finally I was given, for both men a single bed to share was not nice.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Royal Regency is conveniently located near Central and Egmore railway stations and the airport.

Overall value for money, there seems to be some confusion regarding the Wi-Fi package on the Executive Plan as the hotel is not providing free net.

Lobby was nice - very nice Restaurant - airy & comfortable but very dirty table covers. Buffet breakfast - needs a lot of improvement. Rooms - big and clean with good air conditioning Room service - good and so is the food quality.
