Zuri, ohh my God. It was the experience not a hotel. I never had this good service, room, cleanliness and friendliness in any other hotel. Best compliment is, one can use the facility of Zuri White Sand resort also, without any cost and there is a cab facility to and fro Zuri retreat. I am really satisfied with the overall experience. I recommend it to every one, who is looking for value for money. I am planning to visit the Zuri again.

I wanted to go in for a sort of holiday club membership - but for the price for which this holiday was provided by MakeMyTrip - simply terrific. No one can beat that price for the hotel of that category. Hotel and everything related to the hotel offers a superb experience. We went there for our honeymoon [just got married on 28th June] and here is the perfect honeymoon destination. What else I could ask for, from the complimentary stay to the amenities offered like spa, Jacuzzi and a full blown suite for our accommodation - looking at the hotel, we couldnÂ’t have got anything better than this.

This is the best resort/hotel I have stayed in. From the rooms to their service everything is outstanding. I have been around the world, but this was the best place, and they do keep up to their resorts name Zuri.

This is simply a treat to stay in a 5 star hotel at such a reasonable rates. Amazing hotel and amazing hospitality. The staff is helpful and friendly. If you go in South Goa this is the place to be. More than value for money anytime. One can use the Zuri White Sand Resort's pool and other facilities even as a guest of retreat. Great job MakeMyTrip.

This was our 1st booking online, and before we started the trip we were a bit worried about the services of the hotel, as we were looking for a well maintained and clean place for relaxation, since we had our physically challenged child accompanying us. As soon as we arrived at the hotel all our fears vanished looking at the beautiful ambience of the hotel and the way the wonderful staff attended to us so royally and gave us king like treatment. The staff welcomed us with a nice cool drink and guided us to our rooms which were awesome with clean white bed spreads, additional quilts pillows. Bathrooms were beautiful & well equipped with all accessories needed. Refrigerator was full with soft drinks, beers, sweets, etc. Fruit basket was also full with seasonÂ’s harvest. This was incredible and more than we expected. Also not to miss the nice swimming pool and spa experience which helped us relax at leisure with the well trained attendants. 24 hrs room service staff made our stay better day-by-day.

Although the hotel is located in a secluded part of Goa, nevertheless once you enter in, the staff of the hotel makes its very lively. Staff was responsive and guest friendly.

Hotel staff to begin with- Security-Bell Boys- Front Desk- Housekeeping- F&B- IT dept; they all made us feel so special, very professional, very caring. It was an amazing experience with The Retreat By Zuri. Room/ suite's are in excellent condition, seems lot of attention has been given to guest convenience. Rest rooms are in excellent condition, air-conditioner very effective. Room service/ housekeeping/ front desk are very prompt. Breakfast was amazing- their staff was amazing. Overall we are more that satisfied with the hotel and their services. Thumb's up!!!

The hotel is not at a good location i.e. beach access is far away from the hotel. Otherwise the hotel is very peaceful & warmth. Hotel staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Our suite was excellent having all modern amenities and very good view outside. Room interior was very pleasant with good sense of aesthetics. The only bad thing is that you never get any auto to go anywhere outside. Taxis are there but charge extremely high for extremely small distance due to whatever reasons. Atleast once, one has to take an experience at this hotel, so one will want to come back again.

Excellent hotel with good rooms and food. Very professional and helpful staff Priced reasonable as well. Booked Suite room and kids enjoyed 2 plasma TVs , they could watch all their programmes. Good food options - combination of local as well as international cuisine. Lacks facilities esp for kids (kids corner hardly worth mention, but they provide drop and pick up to White Sands and Varca beach. Transport service outside the hotel expensive. Overall great place if you wish a quiet and relaxing vacation.

Though the hotel was far away from the beach, which was the only negative point, their service was very good. They did have a drop facility to their other resort which was a beach property. Overall a nice & enjoyable holiday, thanks to them.

The hotel is beautifully designed, the rooms are spacious. The whole staff must have just finished a customer service and friendliness training, because they were all too friendly. Swimming pool is awesome. Jaccuzzi, steam and sauna good! And this all within walking distance to the beautiful, clean and quiet beach (a free beach shuttle is also available). And last but not least, the buffet is every day something different and very tasty for all kinds.

I booked the hotel through MakeMyTrip. I stayed at Zuri for three days in September. The best part in Zuri is its beauty, room service, food, swimming pool and suite room. We booked suite room at very normal cost, which become the highlight of this hotel. The only worst part regarding Zuri is the location of this hotel, moreover South Goa is not good as compare to North Goa. If a person in specific wants to go South Goa then he can opt for Zuri.

Though isolated from beaches, the hotel is calm quiet and perfect for peaceful vacation. Beach shuttle is provided to the nearby beach property. Staff is very customer friendly and caring. The food was excellent with lots of variety. Taxi services (external) may take you for a ride (be watchful)! Airport shuttle to and fro is provided - 45 mins drive to airport.

Didn't get off to a very good start, because I had booked a 'Junior Suite' which was an upgrade to the standard room. Reached the hotel to find that it had twin (separate) beds. I was going with my wife for our anniversary, so I think you'll agree that this was not ideal. The hotel did not inform me when I called to confirm the booking. But at least they upgraded me to the bigger suite after a wait of about 15 mins. Some niggles - the hotel is not ideal for business because the internet connectivity is poor. Tata Indicom is the internet provider - you get slow and erratic internet in the room. You have to keep taking login cards from the reception - which don't last very long. My Reliance netconnect broadband signal was also weak since the hotel is quite out of the way. Breakfast quality and variety should have been better I think, and the cable TV signal was atrocious (even though there are Samsung LCD TVs in each room). But apart from all this, the resort was beautiful and the service excellent.

The hotel is ideally located near arguably the best and cleanest beach in Goa. The rooms are kept meticulously clean with fresh towels and liven. The staff are well trained, courteous and professional in their outlook. The hotel and its facilities are deserving of the four star rating they have been given. It has several well managed restaurants and a bar, a large swimming pool, and well kept interiors and facilities. The complimentary breakfast is wholesome and though vegetarian, has a very good spread. The hotel provides its bus to access its sister hotel the Zuri, White Sands (Formally a Radisson Property by the beach). Guests are welcomed to use all the facilities of the larger five star resort with no extra charge. What clinches it is the fantastic deal we received from MakeMyTrip. I regularly visit Hotels in India and abroad and have always got a good deal from MakeMyTrip. Keep it up and look forward to more great deals from you.

ItÂ’s not a 5 star, but a decent property. Would be better if it was listed as a 4 star property. Expected bathtub in the hotel, which is not there and quite a disappointment.

The Retreat is a good place for people who want to escape from the daily chores of city life. However, for tourists who keep an interest in exploring the attractions (both ancient, present and natural) it is not the relevant place. The activities inside the hotel have their limitations with respect to the timings and availability. For example, me and my wife wanted to avail a massage together in the spa, but that was not possible due to the absence of a female masseur at the time we went in. The duty manager was not prompt in arranging sight seeing tours and left the selection of taxis to us (from a taxi hub located outside the hotel). In short the services generally available to tourists were lacklustre. We went for leisure with the preconceived notion that the hotel would take care of us. Sometimes a word and advice regarding locales, places to be visited are helpful to tourists. But that communication was not made by the hotel staff even when solicited. The cordiality was missing 100%.

As basic as Elevator not provided. After a tiring day out, you can't expect the customer to climb up two floors!!! Print out at the cyber cafe cost rupees 180. Not at all good when you call it a 5 star hotel. Provide more variety in food with specialized Goan food.

This is not five star hotel at all it is 4star deluxe hotel. kindly confirm from them? 2) we are not find anything fine in the hotel no bath gel n soap is available. 3)poor quality of room services and room are not cleaned properly at all. I am not satisfied with this hotel.
