Hotel - The Residence & Convention Centre Reviews, Mumbai

In general the service and staff of the hotel were good and helpful. However the location is substandard for a hotel of this kind as the approach road is narrow, filthy and full of garbage. The TV in my room was faulty and every day I had to complain. In spite of their prompt efforts it was not rectified properly. The room service and food was good. There is much scope for improvement and I hope the approach road will be improved in future.

The hotel is located far away from the maddening crowd of Mumbai. This hotel is convenient if you are doing business in a 10 Km vicinity of the Hotel. A dearth of Quality Hotels in this area makes this a very good option.

The hotel is perfect in all senses, the facilities are great, room service is not upto the mark of a four star hotel. The staff are polite and any requests are complied with a smile. The location is a bit of a deterrent. Their gym was great with all the required machines for all round exercise.

Excellent services. Good rooms. Nice staff. To top that, complimentary transfer to the airport. Would recommend this hotel any day. A real value for money experience in Mumbai.
