Overall good experience at the Hotel, the only draw back is that they do not have Travel Counter.The time they hire a car for customer the cost is too high but customer does not have any choice and pays a bomb.

The hotel definitely does not belong in the 4-star category. The only thing good is the location and the lobby!!! The faucets are old and do not work. The matress is of inferior variety. The TV is old and the channels do not work properly!!!

Bathroom was so small that any person could not have used it freely.

Good and well maintained hotel accommodation with very good service.

The hotel needs refurbishment as a few corners have smell issues. Other wise fairly priced.

Food is good but the hotel is no where close to city and the fixtures and facilities avaliable are not as per the price paid.

Had clearly booked the room for 3 adults and we checked in at 2 pm. First they gave us a small room which could hardly accomodate 4 bags - forget 3 adults and an extra bed - they added the extra bed on the floor. On complaining they shifted us to a "slightly" bigger room where they fixed a portable bed - this took till 5.30pm [imagine my plight with 2 senior citizens]. There was no exhaust in the bathroom and no proper hot water. The food was average. Prompt housekeeping staff.

Hotel is an old property and needs renovation & should then charge the current tariff. The hotel does not have value for money.

All in all the hotel was nice but at times, I felt that it was overcharging a lot for taxis etc.
