I'd request you to kindly change of date if plans fall through for a customer

This hotel is not worth a five-star resort rating : the hotel is small, dirty, old, in a bad location. There were no shampoo, shower gel in the room, the towels were dirty. The staff doesn't speak English and befooled us many times (eg making us pay at least the double price for the taxi from the airport and from Kollam to Varkala), there were stones in the breakfast food, there was neither gym nor swimming-pool whereas it was mentioned on the ad and the ayurvedic doctor is a joker who can barely speak English as well; we will not recommend this hotel to anybody and won't stay there again, therefore, the stay was surely overpriced.
