It was an Forgetteable trip. Worst ever conditions from Reception, People to room service. They didnt give any bill at checkout time. Food & cleanliness was worst. Not at all recomendable for family or official purpose.

Service could be better. People are helpful. Good setting.

The food is very bad and the hotel play horrible music till 12:30 in the night and it so bad that you cannot sleep till it gets over and early moring 6 am again music to prise the god. Can you imagine a on vacation you are given only 6 hrs to sleep. I will never get back there.

At the time of check-in, no rooms as we booked (under renovation/repair), we booked Diamond but they alloted as emerald, that also under very poor maintenance and as per booking, 2 night complimentary dinner not provided, no awareness and proper answer about the complimentary dinner to the front office persons (the name is reeta).

The Queens Residency is located at a very remote location at Ooty and difficult to locate though now they have put some directions. Service is really poor and even intercom was down during my stay. Rooms are spacious but need to be properly maintained. Hills view from the room is good. Food is average, no transport available around, do arrange for own conveyance. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay only.

The hotel is not value for money.

Hotel location is bit far and odd. Condition of the room is ok and spacious. Room service is very worst and expensive for the given food quality.

Services, cleanliness and supervision must improve.

I recommend this hotel for those people who like calm surrounding. The hotel location is outside the town only for those who go with their vehicle is better. All other things like restaurant, room service are very poor.

It is far away from the main town. The food available is not good.
